Kroger Product Designer Apr 2019 - present
Delivering exciting, impactful user experiences across Customer Experience and internal Associate Experience teams. Creating simplified, easy to use e-Cart for multiple shopping methods. Improved order modification flow to encourage more items in the cart. First of its kind mobile self check-in for Pickup customers. Merging multiple customer support service tools into a single web interface. Designing the central recruiting site for a nearly half-million person company. Frequently interviewing customers and associates about their experiences using Kroger digital products. At every step of the way, I advocate, teach, and implement accessibility best practices to ensure compliance.

Creative Circle Visual Designer Jan 2019 - Mar 2019
10-week design contract designing a self-checkout service for people to buy workers comp insurance for their businesses. Conducting interviews, multiple rounds of drafts, and coming up with an attractive design aesthetic. Final project took one year to build and shipped exactly as designed without changes, and remains live today.

Pacific Helm Designer Aug 2015 - Dec 2018
Design services for a variety of clients, mostly Target. Leading several significant redesigns of the Target app focused on customer satisfaction and sales, including a new home screen, shopping cart, product pages, and more. Coding interactive Framer.js prototypes for review by Target CEO and executives. Conducting user testing online and live customer intercepts in a Target store to listen to critical feedback.

Mobile app design for clients at ESPN, Starbucks, and others. Crafting strategy, user flow, concepts, animations, and prototypes. Closely aligning with in-house software engineers to produce spec guides, assets, and QA. Building compelling print books, slideshows, and designs for business development pitches.
